Born from the rawness of navigating a loved one’s medical diagnosis, it offers poetry, personal stories, and playful language tools for anyone who needs a gentle way forward.
You’ll find poems that meet you in grief and poems that carry you back to your own light.
There are journal prompts, reframing tools, and loving reminders that you are allowed to feel, and also allowed to rewrite the story.
